We are updating our membership records.
If you've had an address, email, or phone number change please let us know so that we can update your info to ensure you receive club information via email or postal mail. Please see Day Kay at the membership meetings (2nd Tuesday of the month) to update your information or email it to smsc1937@gmail.com. Also, if you know of any members that have passed away, please let us know.
If you have family members that would like to join, have them see (Dan Kay) at our club meeting at 6pm sharp to join. New members must have a CPL, CCW; TWO sponsors from current club members with at least ONE year membership.

New Membership update information:
SMSC has made the provision that direct family members, such as children 22 and older, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, mother, and father, would not need to get on a list. If they meet the requirements shown on the website under new members, we would process them immediately. They would still be required to pay the $150 membership fee and the current year fee of $75. This would not be prorated, so if half the membership year (June to May) was already over, they would still pay the full year. Lastly, they would need to attend two membership meetings, stand when their name is read, and have two sponsors that are club members with at least 1 year in the club.
SMSC has also approved allowing the spouses of current members to join the club, providing they meet the same requirements as non-spouse new members with the exception of only requiring the member spouse as a sponsor. The spouse will be required to fill out the Letter of Intent (LOI), the standard membership application, and sign the liability waiver.
SMSC is waiving the $150 membership fee effective June 15, 2024, so the spouse membership will be the same annual fee (currently $75) as regular memberships. The spouse must be legally married to the current member, and the current member must have at least one full year as a member. The spouse will not require a sponsor, other than the member spouse. Their name will need to be read at two of our membership meetings with both spouses in attendance. After completing these requirements, the spouse will become a full member with all the same benefits (attending meetings, voting, participating in club leagues, etc.) as our current members, as well as abiding by all the same SMSC rules.
